I dealt with Julie from Valparaiso branch. She was awesome! I was nervous about asking for a loan but she made me feel very comfortable. Regional Federal Credit Union DID help me and I greatly appreciate it. I've been to all 3 branches and have always been treated good. Such friendly service and would never think of banking anywhere else! Thanks Julie and thanks RFCU!

The best auto rates available!!!! The best experience ever with Serena. I highly recommend Regional. Fast and friendly service. I will always go to Regional first when looking for a loan.

No one ever answers the phones. Bank here if you want to wait over 15 minutes in the drive through every single time even if there's only 1 person ahead of you ??

phone system and phone services are garbage. no one ever answers, or sometimes the number just hangs up right after dialing. ive been to the valpo branch many times and their phones either never ring or they just let them ring without answering, so you know theyre not too busy to answer the phones. pretty ridiculous

I definitely recommend Regional Federal Credit Union! The staff is always friendly and professional. They've helped me out several times when I needed documents printed out and proof that a credit card number had been changed. They're the best. Special shout out to Analisa.

Kind of hard to get ahold of but rates are the best. Also serena and annalisa are the absolute best people to deal with at a bank. Always there in a moment's notice to fund my bad ideas and also help when they see something wrong. I go 45 minutes out of my way to bank with them for that reason
