Dear Strack & Van Til,
You might want to check your employees.
You might be curious to watch your employee tall white bald skinny guy wearing a hat, jacket, and I think jeans (who apparently works back towards the deli area) at around 5:55pm on 12/30/2024 Monday evening right around the cart area flick me off behind his back. Don’t worry there’s cameras there so you can go back and watch it.
Simply because we almost ran into each other and I let him go first. He first mumbled something to my face. Then proceeded to put his hand behind his back and flick me off.
I went to the customer service desk and talked with the manager at the time for self check out. She told me she would let the higher up know, but just to make sure this gets to where it can be seen I am putting it on here as well.

A young guy named Max was working the self check out today, and I overheard him with the customer next to me. He was so patient, polite, and helpful with the customer. I just wanted to give him the compliment.

12-27-24.I'm editing to share my mom's experience. She was at Stracks on Christmas eve morning and used the self checkout. She had trouble figuring out how to add the produce that she wanted to buy. So the guy who was working there to HELP PEOPLE WITH SELF CHECKOUT came over and said to my 84 year old mom "you need to use the touch screen just like everyone else does", and made her feel stupid and like she was bothering him.. She didn't get his name, unfortunately,
There are some extremely sweet people that work there, but some are horribly rude.

Frustrated with the take over of Hyvee Foods, how much the prices here and at Town and Country have gone up. I am now finding the need to look elsewhere.
Building and floor are clean and organized.
