“My order from Instacart was not good on 4/24. Left ice cream to melt on my front porch. Tried to rectify with no luck. Called Stracks talked to Kala at the Rt 30 store in Valparaiso. She not only was courteous but shopped for the few missing items from delivery replaced melted ice cream & delivered them. I am in a wheelchair due to an injury & unable to shop for myself. Kala is a fantastic employee!!!”

“Aldis is my favorite grocery store ,great quality low prices .Their quality guarantee is second to none .Also their seasonal European item are always a treat .I was in Aldis years ago talking to a older customer, I believe she was a War bride ,she brought to my attention how cashiers were provided a chair to sit while ringing up customers which should be a Industry standard.”
