Target Optical at Valparaiso provides quality eye care and stylish frames from top brands. The Independent Doctors of Optometry are great, very informative, easy to talk to, and take time to answer questions. The staff and customer service team are always kind, helpful, friendly, accommodating, and honest. They enjoy their work, helping with difficult prescriptions and frame selection. The experience is hassle-free with very rarely any wait time. Customers report a great exam and a great experience all around, leaving very happy with their visit and their glasses.
First time at Target Optical. Good eye exam with Optomitrist but I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen for the eye exam and I had a scheduled appointment.
Followed up with Optical staff to order glasses. They were fantastic and very helpful!
