The staff and customer service team are always kind, helpful, friendly, accommodating, and honest. They enjoy their work, helping with difficult prescriptions and frame selection. The experience is hassle-free with very rarely any wait time. Customers report a great exam and a great experience all around, leaving very happy with their visit and their glasses.
