The service was ok. I could go on for days with the inefficiencies, cleanliness issues, and pointless old ads still on display.
I had made an appointment for 11 am the day prior and when I arrived I was told they are hours behind. I didn’t collect my keys and leave until 2:40 PM. There’s no management. They can’t perform alignments because they don’t have a tech. They can’t check brakes due to a tech shortage.
This could be an epic shop. However, it appears tire barn as a corporation has turned their back on this store.

This facility is a great place to buy tires and Troy is great with helping you decide on which tire brand to get. My advice is to pay the extra cost for the roadside hazard protection program to help maintain your warranty and extend the life of the tires. It saves $$$ in the end.

A repeat customer. Bought a full set of tires last year with road hazard protection. I came in for a tire repair. All taken care of pretty quickly. Already, I have used it a few times within a year. The manager and staff were great!

The Staff is knowledgeable and has orderly records to back-up their advice. At the same time they are unbiased at the moment of the customer’s decisions.
They are business-like, accommodating and and efficient.

THANK YOU for saving the day for us and replacing our bad tires so we could get home safe to our babies. We found this place after being treated terribly at Walmart and was told to go somewhere else. So we went to Tire Barn. And guess what? You guys were awesome and honest! We were even directed to a family fun place across the street to play mini golf and have lunch while we waited for our car to get done! Cannot express how grateful we are but give all the guys there a raise, especially the gentleman who assisted us today. Thank you!
