Get rid of focus and get a better Company to work with. Focus was unprofessional, they never answered the phone and was beyond rude with almost every incounter . They are your turn over problem cause I liked the job and was told not to come back. So get rid of them

DO NOT WORK HERE!!! My nephew started a job here and got his phone stolen on his third day of work. My sister had to call the cops since they weren’t going to do nothing about it. After watching the footage they caught the guy on camera who took it, walking around with 2 phones in his hand. The boss did nothing about it and told my nephew “is it his fault your phone is stolen or is it yours” then says “can’t help you sorry”
This place is a job that hires a bunch of loser criminals and will defend them all. Read the reviews on here sounds like it isn’t the first time peoples stuff has gotten stolen from working here and most likely not the last! Disgusting company

Worked here a maintenance tech. This place is an utter joke everywhere, but it is literally like working with middle schoolers. Grown men crying about having to work, screwing each other over with jobs, stealing each others tools, and management/HR could not care less about that, or anyone’s safety. Not to mention literally every single machine is leaking hydraulic fluid somewhere. Valves, gaskets, cylinders, hoses, even the tanks. PMs were not done for years and it truly shows. But it’s your fault that certain things were not handled, despite the years of neglect AND the lack of parts. Can’t replace a valve when there’s no replacement. They put bandaids on everything, because they don’t want to shut down a machine to actually perform proper maintenance on anything, because they want production numbers. They don’t seem to realize how serious alot of this stuff is, and the safety there is all for show. They couldn’t care less about it, unless they find out OSHA is coming for a walk thruI highly recommend looking elsewhere for work, especially for their C shift. There’s a guy on that shift that has so much power in the plant somehow. He got me fired just because he didn’t like me. He lied about situations, and despite numerous complaints about him from me and other team members, they went with what this one guy said and let me go. Over 2 VERY MINOR situations at that, regardless of him lying or not. I had no issues with anyone else there, and this man has no idea what he’s doing and will 100% get someone hurt or worse, yet I was let go despite my exceptional work ethic. Might not happen today, or even this month, but things will start to show the negligence of the management and HR. Someone is seriously going to get hurt working here

It only deserves a one because the money is OK, so much to say about this place ,extremely and unrealistic fast passed and if you don't keep up they talk to you like trash ,they only hire their friends for the decent positions ,like welder or forklift operator etc, you're breathing in runner and plastic smoke all day with no ventilation at all except dock doors which are closed or have a truck backed up to it ,machines also smoke ,if the quality of the productcomes out no goof because of garbage machines they blame you not the actual problem, people smoking weed in the parking lot ,your brakes are so staggered and the parking lot is so far away that when you do make it to your car you have to go right back in ,food they sell their is over priced and garbage , theirs no real training they just throw you in and expect you to know and keep up ,they are racist and only care about black people ,they drive incredibly ignorantly when leaving the work place riding your bumpers and cutting people off every chance they get ,bathroom and work stations and everywhere else is extremely unclean, there is no plus side ,you have 8-19 seconds do your task and repeat ,mandatory 12 hour shifts that get thrown on you twice a week ,absolutely no room for growth at all ,work leaves you hurt not just sore from constant bending ,pulling and twisting ,they tell you it's a high turn over rate and they will replace you of you can't keep up

Worst place I ever worked, HR is useless, scheduling is awful, you're not guaranteed days off, and can get forced from an 8 hr shift to a 12 hr moments before clocking out. Not to mention poor communication and the fact no supervisors even know what a SDS is there.

Hr and upper staff don’t know a clue on what there doing very horrible management shorten checks even on overtime needs other hr and management from other warehouses and they still can’t do nothing right a bunch of clowns

I was harassed at work and was treated like I was the bad guy anyway, nothing was done about the harassment except denial and refusal to handle the matter. They didn't even send me a w-2, so now my taxes are messed up. Don't trust this company with your future or familiy.
