Upon entering this store, the staff immediately welcomed me, cheerfully. I stopped in my tracks in awe of how clean and orderly the store was. I live in Holland, MI and our UPS stores here are a cluttered mess! The team at this Valparaiso store is delivering good ole fashioned customer service. Bravo!!

Customer service is the absolute best at the Valparaiso Indiana location. I have never had a bad experience there and will go out of my way just for that location. Top notch customer service for sure!

Quick and professional employees. The building space needs to be renovated. The front window ledge is all cracking and rusting. Possibly some water damage. Time for some remediation, renovation and repairs.
