“They are absolutely wonderful. Handled my Chihuahua way better than Coyne. I feel so much better going to this place. And even letting me know that chihuahua's can be temperamental and I'm not a bad pet owner. Thank you guys so much. Everyone was sweet and wonderful.
Edit to add more for a recent experience: This is the best vet clinic I have ever dealt with. They have shown so much care towards me and my animals. The staff is truly awesome. They beat coyne and lake station let clinic out of the water.”

“Dr Bell is an amazing vet! She made my dog feel safe by getting down to her level instead of being scared on the slippery table. Dr. treats my dog like she’s been her vet her whole life. Her exams are thorough and she makes sure you understand what is going on with your pets health. Karen is her partner in crime and they work wonderful together. I could not be more comfortable with having my dog in their care!”

“I did not have an appointment with them for pet care but I can speak to their general compassion and friendliness (which is nearly as important with a vet or medical professional!!)
I had a rough day with car issues. Car was disabled in their parking lot. It was HOT outside. They allowed me to come and go through their entrance and get a break from the heat as needed and were kind and helpful the entire time. After tow truck arrived, I accidentally left my briefcase and had to come back to grab it. They were on top of that as well and grabbed it from the bench outside and brought it inside for safe keeping.

“Very good about communicating what was happening with the health of the cat I had adopted from the shelter. Certainly more than the shelter told me. They are always polite. I haven't figured out why they put the owner in a room as they take the cat to the back. Cat was well taken care of when she had to stay there.”
“This guy!! Let me tell you! Christopher Keeley saved my dogs life. After 14 hours at the Animal hospital this guy had me leaving with my dog! Doctor Keeley came in after his own work hours at his normal everyday Veterinary clinic to help our baby Ace that’s only a year and a half old. Spent 2 1/2 hours trying to retrieve a bone about 3inches long 2inches wide and 1/2 inch thick from my dog’s esophagus. I cannot believe how lucky we are because of the help of Doctor Keeley. My boyfriend and I seriously thank you from the bottom of our hearts. No amount of money can repay this guy for saving our little furbaby’s life.

“Best veterinarian in Valpo. Kat assisted us and was super nice, helpful and informative. Brought my dog in for itchy skin and then ended up getting him microchip. Staff is super helpful and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Way better than the Hobart animal clinic.”

“This vet is amazing! We took our dogs here for over 10 years. It doesn’t matter who you see as they are all knowledgeable and compassionate vets. Dr. Anna performed an emergency surgery on my 5lb dog who degloved her jaw. I read into the surgery and found it is highly technical and challenging. It requires precision and not all vets do it. It’s not a common surgery. It was a scary time for me as the owner/parent as well. Now 2 years later you can’t even tell. So I would highly recommend them. Also, their compassion for my dog(s), and me, is unmatched.”
