Office staff are professional, courteous and friendly. Our mail lady is prompt and always delivers USPS packages to our door despite the long driveway, which we greatly appreciate. So far so good - thank you Velpen USPS for excellent service!

Sign on the door says it is closed. No reason or indication that it will ever provide service again. The hours here were always unpredictable and limited. But the clerk there was always wonderful.

The teller was super helpful!! The best place to visit in SJ downtown for sending out mails.
