Broadway Auto has done an amazing job every time I have brought my car to them. Bill, the owner is so knowledgeable and such a nice guy. The other two men that work at the shop also seem very knowledgeable and great customer service. I highly recommend this shop.

I had a flat and drove one mile from work to add air. Bill helped me plug the tire with the nail in it that he found within minutes of inspecting the tire. He fixed the tire and checked the pressure for the rest of the tires and was friendly and super courteous. Really really wonderful people working here. I 100% recommend!

I am extremely grateful to Billy, who helped me on short notice, despite his heavy workload and late in day. I have only dealt with (boss) Billy once, but I would describe him as having 'integrity' and valuing pride in quality work & in customer satisfaction.

Got a flat tire on my way home and stopped at Broadway auto to proceed to change the tire myself. Without asking for help, the shop owner came out and helped me with a jack and some tools to speed up the process. He refused any money from me, so the least I can do was leave this review to say that after a long day of work and a flat tire, he made my day. Thank you kind sir!

My car was in an accident and they came out to tow my car and it was stored in the back for a week, I retrieved some stuff from my vehicle before my vehicle was transferred to the auto repair shop and when my car was brought there somehow some of my stuff that was in the trunk ended up in my front seat and the stuff I had in my console was all over the seat like they rifled through my stuff. I wouldn't trust this place, they have some shady employees working there

I can't thank Billy enough for his service and being an incredible human being. My friend was in a car accident and his vehicle was towed to Broadway Auto. Billy gave us all of the insider information that we couldn't get through other avenues and made it possible to get the vehicle back. We are so grateful to Billy!
