Drop off for packages.You just put the pre-labeled package in a cart.If you don't have a label, you need to go somewhere else.

Package never delivered on time when it comes from the Versailles location, UPS driver when they do decide to deliver they always drop the package to the wrong locationTracking number means nothing , the driver i guess delivers when they want... never have this problem with FedEx or USPSMy current package has been out all day for delivery and I made sure I was home and now the tracking says it's back at the ups facility

The UPS DRIVER FROM VERSAILLES IS JUST D**** I WENT OUTSIDE AND TOLD HIM WHICH DRIVE WAS MINE .HE PULLED OUT OF MY BARN DRIVE AND WENT ON DOWN US421. MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED STATING UNDEVILABLE. HE ACTED STUPID ! . I HOPE THE AMAZON TRUCKS DO THE DELIVERY NEXT TIME. Need a call back UPS BUT THAT WON'T HAPPEN. I SURE MISS THE DRIVER I USED TO HAVE, BUT SHE RETIRED !

Always delivering the package to the wrong address because of your lazy drivers don’t know how to read labels (or maybe they just don’t care).

Yall couldn't deliver my package? There were people there waiting to accept it and instead of waiting 2 minutes for someone to come to the door you're now holding my package hostage. I'm in the middle of moving in, this is d**** No other shipping services do this, they leave it at the door. Oh and they also have people I can talk to. Not specific to this store but the 800 number is fully automated and I couldn't get any info on my package other than it needed more adress info, and that was online on their website. I wish this company actually cared about its people, not just a profit.

First off, Versailles Indiana UPS drivers are completely incompetent. Would love to see the job requirements to become a UPS driver lol. You know what you did wrong...FedEx and DHL don't have this problem...but you do. Oh, and what business is only open 3 hours a day? Just stay closed to the public if your only going to allow customers to come in 3 hours a day. I have to get a look at the person who made that call. Get your act together Versailles UPS. If I had it my way I'd never have anything to do with you again.

the ups driver in Jennings County Indiana is unsafe and dangerous to the public he takes curves on 2 wheels. He has had to stop his truck and reload packages that have crashed off shelves. He drives so fast he doesn't see people by the road

Decided to hold a package instead of sending pickup point ( pickup point refused at time because of lack of space) could have redelivered after Christmas but still held in Versailles.... then after receiving notice it would be returned to sender on Monday 1/4, they sent it back on the 30 th leaving me no phone number to contact.. your follow up service needs to be improved without going through special hoops to change address or pickup point.. FedEx has you beat badly in this department....
