Bad customer service, discrimination.I visited Cricket wireless store in Vincennes on 09/15/2023. I wanted to switch. There were 2 ladies, one was really nice and started to help me but the other lady quickly took over and cancelled everything telling that I have to find a Metro by T-Mobile store, which there is none in the area, and show my ID in order for Metro to confirm to her that I am their real customer. I have switched several times and this is the very first time I've ever encountered this.She was very hostile and did nothing to serve us. She just kept saying well sorry but you have to be verified you'll have to go to Evansville or Terre-Haute I don't know, find a Metro by T-Mobile store and show them your ID then maybe I will help you.

Crickett Wireless did not work well with the transaction they created. . They caused disruption in my service for no reason on my providing the information that was needed.They were confusing on their info to me. The Banking service was excellent.

Took 114.00 from us told to come back cause no manager is there when the sim wasn't compatible thats my fault and trying to sell us another 5g phone worthless company worthless employees. BTW we live 45 min away do not trust these people

The ladies at this store are lovely. They know their business. I'm going back today since straight talk was being a PITA with the transference of my long time phone number. Typical of a Walmart entity.

They charge 90 dollars for a plan and shut it down the next day.Then can't or WON'T call cricket to fix it. Tried to tell me a 4 month old phone needed replaced.Note the wording.retail store .

Called about availability of a new phone. Lady says inventory can't be discussed over the phone. Yet you can go online (with my phone) and you can check availability. What nonsense. Please take this into consideration. Either make sure nobody can check inventory online or let customers know what's available to them so their time isn't wasted as well. Common grounds have to be met.
