If you need a place to store your excess stuff it'll work. I won't lie though, we've had a lot of problems getting in and out of this place, the gate is incredibly finicky and their attempts to fix it always lead to problems. However they do have banger customer service that has helped us out every time we needed it. If you pay a little extra for climate control you'll get what you pay for

Their way to noisy. They watch the cameras and fine you for something stupid. Judge mental is what's wrong with their business.

Me and my family was locked in at 9:31 pm. I was there helping my mother clear out her storage and when we tried to leave as I said at 9:31pm the gate wouldn't open We had to call V.P.D to get the gate open and my mom will be calling to get a reason why. And btw you're lucky we don't press charges.Re:So what you're saying is that you knowing lock people In if they do not leave on time and you need to recheck you're camera's because I remember looking at the time when I got out the car to put the code in. My mom had an Anxiety attack, you shouldn't make it to. Where people can't leave after a certain time. I understand getting in, but getting out is ridiculous. You should not be able to lock people in.

A-1 storage provided me with a great experience. Everything from customer service to the ease of renting to the unit itself was excellent. The price was very affordable and the different site locations allowed me to find a facility close to where I was moving. Thank you again A-1.

The new owners have made a ton of improvements which have really cleaned up the place. The rates are great compared to many places in the area, and the few times I’ve had a question I’ve been able to get ahold of someone quickly and easily. Definitely been a pleasure to use them compared to my previous storage experience.

Great location and easy to rent a unit online. They have new temperature controlled storage units too. Also like that the whole place is covered with security cameras!
