My husband ordered glasses first pair were ready within a couple weeks . Ordered second pair at that time was overcharged on my debit card which was returned in a timely manner. Was told second pair of glasses were in but when he went to pick them up they weren't and they didn't know when they would be in . It's been over a month now and still no glasses. Will not be returning here.

I have to get an extensive exam due to medication and they always are friendly and do a good job. Only downside is the frames are quite expensive.

I was in town visiting family and realized I had forgotten my contacts. We live several hours away. I called my Provider and received my prescription and then called Eyeworks in hopes they would have my contacts in stock. Caitlyn answered the phone and she was super helpful and provided all the information I needed to obtain contacts the same day. She was very kind and brought calm to a stressful situation. Thank you, Caitlyn, for your help! I'm sorry if I misspelled your name!

After having my exam and waiting a week for my glasses I found that I was unable to see out of them, either distance or bifocals. So they showed me a different pair because the original was "too deep" for the bifocals. So after another week of waiting, I went to pick these up. I cannot read anything with the bifocals and if I try to see for distance I have to have my face pointed in a certain way with my head bobbing until I find a certain spot to see out of. The older lady and blonde girl informed me I had to work with the glasses. Also I could have another exam for $150 because my insurance wouldn't pay for another exam. I've already paid out of pocket for some of this already. I will not be back to Eyeworks.

My glasses leg was broken, I came to Eyeworks located at 223 Main St Vincennes IN on April 25th pm. The staff here is very friendly, a lady fixed glasses for me, I 'm very satisfied with her professional skills and excellent service. this is one of the best places I have ever visited, I will come again.??

From the moment you walk in you will be bombarded with sales trying to entice you to purchase a $45 retinal imaging package. There is no opting out you must sign Yes or Unsure. Then during your appointment you will be told: "$45 is cheaper than going blind". As someone with an increase risk of retinal detachments it is certainly distasteful that they are marketing and exploiting patients. Implying that necessary retinal evaluations will be monetized or that all patients are in need of these. This is clearly a scare tactic and money grab. When I asked to take my prescription home they excluded the PD measurement. This is necessary for glasses; only to unapologetically insist they would not be providing me with this as "it violates HIPPA". I will certainly be handling my eye care needs in a more professional setting. Clearly an overpriced money grab with subpar care. This will probably meet the needs of the average public as a glasses/ contact retailer. However, those vulnerable or in need of more care approach with caution this is a store first and foremost care is secondary if at all. I can only imagine how many victims fall to these predatory tactics.

Caring and courteous, my Eyeworks exam couldn't have been any better. Dr. Eli Hendrix explained everything throughly and completely. The technicians were kind and caring. Great selection of eyewear too. I highly recommend Eyeworks.

My worst experience getting glasses in 35 years. Stanton eye care in evansville formerly held this title. I've heard of inflation, but over $800 for two pairs of glasses and an exam. I felt robbed. Customer service very poor. They said, one pair would be ready in an hr. but other pair might take a week. I said call when they both ready. They call 10 days later to tell me glasses ready, but only pair that was ready in an hr was ready. Wasted trip! Over two weeks and still waiting to hear about 2nd pair. DON"T GO HERE!

I got my first pair of contacts today. I highly recommend Staci Deisher. She explained everything perfectly and answered all of my silly questions. It was such an easy going experience and I was really nervous for no reason!
