I like harbor freight and I have purchased some very nice tools from them. Where I am disappointed is that I purchased digital calipers at a decent price from them, but when I went to use them around 6 months later I realized the battery and back plate was malfunctioning. I take the calipers back and mind you they are like “8 dollars”, I am told that I am past the date of where they can be replaced. If someone sells you a faulty product I do not believe I should simply be in the hole for a manufacturer defect. I encourage people to stay away from harbor freight unless they plan on using everything they buy the minute they get it

Horrible customer service, old lady working was standing staring at customers asking them if they know what they are looking for while another lady had a line of customers being rung up. Extremely unprofessional and rude, I will make sure to never shop at this location again.
