Wish I could leave a good review but my experience was terrible and I was only there for about 10 minutes, the lady was very rude, I was asking questions about my taxes and she tells me to drop my taxes off and leave that they were not there to teach me to do taxes, I was blown away she said that, so I walked out, if I can’t ask questions about my taxes at the place that does my taxes I’m clearly in the wrong place, so I went to Jackson Hewitt where they were more than happy to answer all of my questions and treated me very respectfully, I haven’t been to an H&R Block in years and after this I’ll never go again
