“The tech agent was knowledgeable and helpful. The issue I had was resolved MOSTLY, but still have the issue of losing the internet service once in a great while. Issue is 95% resolved and may be with my computer and not with Metronet. Time will tell. Very satisfied with the help and metronet.”
