We had our taxes done and learned they do not stand against there 100% accuracy guarantees and they won't give you the refund requested as they say they don't guarantee there work anymore. We won't be going back after years of working with them but if they don't stand behind there guarantees then there is no point to continue our business there.

They tried telling me I owed money after bringing in all my paperwork, I went home and filed thru TurboTax and got over 2k in a refund. These ppl tried screwing me over

I have been a client of Jackson Hewitt for many years now and the staff for here at the hart Street location in Vincennes are all absolutely amazing and wonderful. They all take the time needed with you to make sure everything is accurate and also have great customer service to their clients. I would definitely recommend them for your tax needs and plan on continuing doing business with them when it comes to my taxes again next year and many more to come!!!

Marcia did our taxes and she is wonderful knowledgable and patient I recommend for everyone to try this one all employees were very nice and friendly wendy is also a great one to do taxes call these ladies and get ur taxes done
