Be very careful what they promise you when you open a new credit card with them. We were told a 35% discount on $367.00 purchase and ended up paying $349.29. NEW MATH REALLY STINKS!!! Math in my day would have been a total of $238.55 owed. And the check out girl said that was all she could do. If we didn't have to have the suit, we would definately have gone elsewhere!

There were technical difficulties with my Kohls card and Graham, the manager, went above and beyond to help me resolve it. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable and reassured me that the problem would be resolved which gave me peace of mind. His calming attitude helped calm me down because the problem I was facing was extremely troubling. I also want to thank Sparrow and Susan for being personable and efficient, very nice, hard-working people. They greatly improved my shopping experience and I look forward to shopping at the Vincennes Kohls again in the near future! Again, thank you so much for resolving my problem and getting me taken care of Graham, Sparrow, and Susan!!! Also, the store is always clean and organized and I have no problems finding what I need, thank you!

Great clothes at reasonable prices. I'm a bigger dude and many stores don't have everything in my size. Kohls always has a great selection. The store was clean and well kept. Racks were organized. Lots of different dress and casual shirts to choose from. The jeans section had just the Levi's I was searching for. I will definitely come back to this location to shop.
