“I was having issues switching my number from a different carrier to Verizon. I went into the Vincennes store and received probably the best customer service I’ve ever had anywhere! Allie & Kris went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved the same day. Allie even helped entertain my daughter while I was speaking to customer support. As a busy mother of 3, bringing kids along to “boring” errands can be a quite the task, but she was so sweet and understanding, and my daughter absolutely loved her! She said “when can we go back and see Allie? I liked her a lot!” If I could give the store more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you Allie, Kris, and Stacy for your help!”
