“Can not say enough good things about Spencer and Knox county towing. My daughter had a wheel break while traveling back to school on 41. I called Knox County towing and they explained they aren't able to do tire repairs, but have me the number of another shop with 24 hour roadside service. After calls and text to their emergency number went unreturned, I tried to find another company to help get her taken care of, those companies either did not return a message or were out of the area. I call Spencer back and he was able to head out to 41 and pick my daughter and car up, drop them off at a local tire repair place and waited for her ride to arrive. He kept us informed along the way and even called to let me know that her friend had arrived and they were headed back to school.
You do not get service like this in a large town and cannot say thank you enough.
