Has been on reoccurring experiences every time I get something delivered to my house and every time I have a package that is clearly marked fragile the USPS guy just throws it by the steps doesn’t care at all now. Let me ask this question if anyone cares if it is your package would you get mad when it clearly says fragile, and then the delivery guy just throws it by the steps because they’re lazy to walk a few extra mile so Just to put it next to the door, I’m pretty sure you would be mad too so get it together USPS guys put yourself in their shoes. You don’t want your stuff damaged, right?

I recently visited the post office to send off my passport renewal documents—a stressful enough process on its own—but what made it significantly worse was the incredibly rude and unprofessional attitude of one of the workers there, Shelly (I believe that’s her name). From the moment I stepped up to the counter, she acted as if I was a burden just for needing assistance. No greeting, no basic courtesy—just a cold, dismissive stare and a hostile tone.
I had everything prepared: my form, my photo, my payment, and all the required documents. I simply needed to send the packet using the proper service. Instead of helping or processing it efficiently, Shelly seemed more interested in injecting her unsolicited and completely unnecessary opinions into the process. She kept cutting me off when I asked questions, talked down to me like I was clueless, and even rolled her eyes at one point when I politely clarified something.
It wasn’t just unhelpful—it was straight-up unprofessional. I wasn’t asking for special treatment. I didn’t need a lecture. I needed basic customer service and the ability to mail something important without being treated like an annoyance. If you hate your job that much, maybe consider doing something else, because taking it out on customers who are just trying to follow government procedure is unacceptable.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This experience was frustrating, demeaning, and completely avoidable. Do better.

Complaint: I paid a bill online from my bank on Feb 3, 2025 & the business didn't receive it until Feb19, 2025 & by then it was late. I have to pay a late fee of $20. The bank sent payment on Feb 4, 2025.This has happened 5 times in the last year. The buisness is in Fritchton In. & I live in Vincennes In. past city limits. 1-5 days is what it should of taken the mail service to get it from point a to point b, not Feb 19, 2025 which is 15 days. The employees here are helpful and friendly. The line moves quickly, and employees always step up to help decrease the lines when they are long.
