New staff members are terrible. 3 people waiting to deposit money while they are sitting at their computers with 2 customers. If it was going to be a 30 min wait to deposit money they could have said so. I spend my lunch look at their foreheads behind a computer. When you work in customer service you have to communicate. I wouldn’t have stood there if I knew no one was going to stand up and even say it going to be a little while until we get to you guys. This bank has gone down hill on the last 2 months

Awesome bank been with them 4 years as long as you take care of your account and follow basic banking rules. No fees and no hassel and love the hours of service here, quite unbeatable.

Very rude customer service and offers no assistance when needed. I am very dissatisfied with the bank. I got a new card n changed password im.ediately as told by manager himself ... but when I used my card for the first time it wouldnt allow me to use my new pin now the credit option. When I called to ask about thos and for help I was told they cannot recover my pin and I'd have ro buy another card for $15 and have to wait up to 7 to 10 days for a new card. Not to mention the person I spoke to was extremely rude from the beginning of the conversation all the way to the end of it. I will be switching banks and would NEVER recommend this bank to ANYONE!!

Terrible when it comes to loans. Suppose to take a certain about every month on a set day never do then take out a huge chunk and screw you never say anything about it! May not be a problem to some but when you have kids and one income yes it truly screws you!
