“I’ll start off with four words to summarize my experience, Great team, awesome service.I’ve been on an extensive search for a new to me tow vehicle for my 44ft toy hauler. Zoomers had the F450 I was looking for, however, the main issue was they were over 800 miles away from me. I talked with there team and let them know I’d be flying in from out of state and they gave me recommendations on where to fly into and assurance that the vehicle would be ready the next morning. As advertised the truck was in good condition and the Zoomers team were very transparent during the entire transaction. I’ll say most dealerships will try to pressure you into buying a vehicle or tell you whatever sounds good but that wasn’t the case for them. When I walked in, I was greeted by Anthony who helped me throughout the process and I appreciate the open line of communication he had with me while my car was in the shop--keeping me updated on the status and he was able to give me an accurate timeline of what to expect. “we stopped at Walmart auto care center on our way to Indianapolis. I noticed that the car was making sounds. I then realized I was over 2k miles on my oil change. I went in and talked to Bailey. He said he had two cars in front of me if I wanted to wait. I was in a time crunch. he said, " I'll come out and check your oil". He topped it off just to get me home safely. He was wonderful!!! And friendly from the minute I walked in the door!”
