“I was impressed with how much Ian knew about the truck and he was able easily explain how everything “worked” …
Ian was very personable and professional, and even the finance manager was great..! Both gentlemen help to make Shepherds Chevrolet and GMC a Great place to buy a vehicle… I won’t hesitate to recommend your dealership..! Very much worth the drive from Ft Wayne.”

“We had a great experience with Wabash valley- from the beginning interest and emails about one jeep, to following up when that one sold with another one that checked my boxes, to making the sale transaction painless! Thanks again Gary and Aaron for everything. We love our new car!!”

“First of all, this business gets 10 out of 5 stars!!! Secondly, I had all but given up on customer service all together. In any business. I’m still scratching my head trying to figure this out, but these guys treated me like a celebrity. I was driving south on US 24 in Indiana returning from a visit with my family in Michigan. I had another 23 hours to drive to South Florida. The roads are not so good there. I hit a hole, and destroyed my front passenger rim and tire. I wasn’t carrying a spare tire as these are 22 inch rims with new tires. My Preferred AAA plan charged me nothing to tow my car 15 miles to Kirtlin’s Auto Repair. They didn’t have a rim or tire in my size, but they went way above and beyond the call of duty, and made sure they found me what I needed, including let me use a rental car to get the correct rim and tire from a local tire shop. My lug nuts were too large in diameter to fit the replacement rim. They sent one of their employees 20 miles to get me an entire set of new lug nuts. They had me on my way. They would not let me pay. I will be forever grateful to the owner, his son, and the whole crew there.”

“I am compareing friermood to kirtlan auto and wabash valley chrysler. friermood professional even to the low priority no money to be made jobs. Treated the same. Wabash valley chrysler wont help or do job if its not big money. Kirtlan auto professional like friermood tire. But Friermood tire is #1 for business
.Meaning they do wheel work cheaper tham kirtlan and make room thet never had just to get it done right away. Do jobs for 8 bucks labor when you know they could have charged 35 to 45 bucks per labor. And throw in free wheel speed sensors to make a issue right. Where you say i need a full assesment on this to see whats going on and need a tire. One is bald it was a deathtrap. I say abd if any problems im not getting the wheel or allignment untill its fixed. Boss man says we installed tire and hes checking and allignment. It took 2.3 hrs meaning it was in bad shape. But comes baxk saying you have 3 bad wheel speed sensors and a bad wheelbearing. Boss says i said i would mention major problem. Fix first then do tire and allignment. 220 for tire and allignment. 2.3hrs of professional work. Set to do wheelbearing for 300 bucks with 3 wheel speed sensors added to the 300 wheelbearing hub assembily. Wheel speed sensors at 75 $ a piece. Cheapest in town. But im going to ask i buy 3 wheel speed sensor you throw the 4th in for inconvenience of the miscommunication about me saying need full assesment first. And i alwready mentioned needed 3yr warnty. He said 1 normally. But he will do 3 yr. Still need and will be going back to get wheel fixed. Bet they throw in 4th wheelspeed sensor for nothing. Because friermood tire is professional and will make it right. Friendly and fast service they would have 5 cars out on jacks doing jobs when there bays are full.”

“Oswalt and Thomas are fantastic, been going there for 30 yrs for all my appliance and vehicle needs. They always get me in quick as they can, and they don't spend all day doing the work. No 3 hour oil changes where they find 50 additional things to try and upsell you.

They're also remodeling the inside, and it's looking fantastic. Give them a call, they even do some great financing.”

“Some things are very reasonable and some things I don't know how they figured the quote. Have a diagnostic done, get price quote and then make your decision from that. Call around, most times there reasonable....they have to keep the lights on too.Service: Car towing”

“we stopped at Walmart auto care center on our way to Indianapolis. I noticed that the car was making sounds. I then realized I was over 2k miles on my oil change. I went in and talked to Bailey. He said he had two cars in front of me if I wanted to wait. I was in a time crunch. he said, " I'll come out and check your oil". He topped it off just to get me home safely. He was wonderful!!! And friendly from the minute I walked in the door!”
