“I found myself today in a situation while in Wabash from Fort Wayne for work. I needed a new battery for my car, and my current battery was completely dead! After locking my keys in my car and having to have my car towed to the shop, I was super frustrated and exhausted. I called the shop and was worried that because it was 2 PM that they would not have enough time to install a new battery since it was later in the afternoon, and they had already had a very busy day ahead of them. I was scared I would end up having to leave my car in Wabash overnight. On top of that, my warranty company needed the documentation from the shop by 3 PM to cover my warranty claim! By the time I actually arrived to the shop, it was 2:30 PM. The service technicians were amazing! They were very courteous and very prompt. They were able to turn in the documentation needed to my warranty company and have me out of the shop within 30 mins! They accommodated my situation and made sure to have me good to go as soon as possible! I am extremely impressed with how fast and mindful of my situation they were. I greatly appreciate all the help they gave! The owner was very polite and helpful as well! I wish there was places like this in Fort Wayne! Definitely recommend! Thank you to this team for going above and beyond to help me while stranded so far from home.”

Called on a Saturday morning to see about patching a tire and getting a new set on my fiancées suv. Upon arrival they squeezed me in and got the vehicle in and out in a very timely manner. I’ve always used the Wabash location and will continue to do so. Highly recommend”

When I walked in, I was greeted by Anthony who helped me throughout the process and I appreciate the open line of communication he had with me while my car was in the shop--keeping me updated on the status and he was able to give me an accurate timeline of what to expect. My car was repaired and looks brand new again! It was clean, quick, and thorough. “we stopped at Walmart auto care center on our way to Indianapolis. I noticed that the car was making sounds. I then realized I was over 2k miles on my oil change. I went in and talked to Bailey. He said he had two cars in front of me if I wanted to wait. I was in a time crunch. he said, " I'll come out and check your oil". He topped it off just to get me home safely. He was wonderful!!! And friendly from the minute I walked in the door!”
