The branch handled loan processed quickly with very friendly and helpful person. The person was patient, professionalism and taken care with paperwork, understanding all involved. Love the excellent products, low fees, competitive interest rates and excellent service. The person greeted person with kind, tact and friendliness. This BCU branch was phenomenal for car loan questions and help. Good luck on the new one month.
