“I don't normally post reviews good or bad but I felt this was necessary and I will try to keep a long story short. I had two shoulder surgeries this year and wasn't going to be able to pull back my trusty and reliable excalibur cross bow or my mathews compound so I sold both and went with a Tenpoint Titan x decock. I picked up the first one on September 4th and the serving on the string failed at around 30 shots. I took it back and elected to pay to have it reserved out of fear it would not come back from Tenpoint in time for the season. Took it home ran 30 shots through it and it failed again. This time it got sent in to Ten point for warranty repair, it came back and again after30 shots it failed. So Josh swapped me out for another one, took it home and yep at the same interval it too failed. So in the mean time I contacted tenpoint and their answer was to send it in for warranty. I found this unacceptable as did Josh and he ordered me in a venom x which I picked up to today. So what I am trying to convey is this shop went above and beyond to help me and swapped me out two different crossbows before they even knew if they would be taken care of from ten point. So kudo's to Josh for taken care of a customer in a bad situation and Kudo's to Jared who came in today on his day off to get me set up in time for opening day tomorrow.
