Two of my meds I have to physically call to refill because they are pain meds and trying to get through is awful especially if you run out. I know if there is a line at store they won't answer phone and to have to call so many times is frustrating. I know they are busy but never had trouble like this of the phones at other pharmacies.

Switched from CVS and can't get scripts filled ok time. Problem is they act like being without the meds is no problem. Customer service is definitely not a priority. Their attitudes towards customers is basically deal with it. I have been patient for months now and was hoping for change. I know realize there will be no change.

The Last several months they had extremely Long lines and making you wait days longer than you should even when youre sick and need the medication! I went to pick my sons medication up he has a virus they said id have to wait until tomorrow bc they're busy. I call in morning the lady said it says it won't be filled for 2 more days. I said no he needs it immediately hes sick and is supposed to start right away. She sad ok we'll have it ready at 1:45pm today i got to pharmacy at 3pm waited in the long line and they said No its not going to be ready until 5pm. I explained what person told me and she said nope 5pm.. needless to say my whole family is switching pharmacy but i understand being busy not being disrespectful

We moved from CVS Pharmacy just recently to Krogers. I’m kinda wishing we went to Walgreens instead. Rude tech. Called in my prescription since I haven’t had it filled there before. She hung up on me before I could get 2 words out. Not to mention I was on hold for 15 minutes before that.Had to call back to be placed on hold again just to get a time of when my meds would be filled!!!

Wabash location puts Perus pharmacy to shame! I live in Peru, but drive to Wabash because they fill my meds in just a couple hours.

This store is dirty and not well stocked at all. The vegetables are so old you would not want to eat them.
