“The reason I visited the Wabash store was we found out our phones (which were several years old and purchased independently of Cricket rendering them outdated for 5G) and we were not aware of this until one line was kicked off the network.From a company assessment I would have expected and appreciated a text, email or hard copy with this information. I understand the move to 5G and that some phones don't have the capability but Cricket did not communicate this critical information.However when we visited the store I could not have been more impressed with the knowledge, helpful spirit and speed with which Jenn demonstrated. She is an outstanding employee, smart, responsive and very valuable. She deserves a 5 rating personally....but I hope Cricket does a better job as a company of notifying customers with significant changes. Thanks Jenn! Jay Driskill”
