The girl up front with the nose rings (real professional) turned every single person I saw walk in away by finding tiny technical issues with their orders. One guy had orders for weekly blood tests, and it said weekly, but it didn’t say standing order on it supposedly. I get that places have their way of doing things, but to see 5-6 people all have problems? The only thing in common they had was the fact that they needed her to do her job. Instead, whoever works tomorrow morning gets to deal with their normal load, as well as all the people she can turn away in her shift. But hey, she’ll finally beat that top score on candy crush, or maybe find a 3rd nose ring on Amazon. So all is right with the world.

Epic fail. Zero stars. Not going into details here. Do your best to go to Marion or Huntington if possible.I do believe there are people that care. Dr Powell and his ER staff were great. Lab and radiology folks were wonderful.Parkview should stop trying a mega-health provider and simply be the best provider. This hospital has failed.

Wish I could rate with negative stars. First off I over heard the nurses and even the doctor talk bad about my wife while she was in the er needing care. 2nd the cleaner that I saw wasnt even using gloves in the bathroom. 3rd the floor had blood all over it. 4th Dust on the walls and on everything I touched. If you can just skip this place and go to Huntington or marion. This place is a health hazard

I'm giving 1 star because zero isn't an option. I took my 8 year old son to the ER 24 hrs ago and was given a prescription for an antibiotic. Dropped script off at Walgreens not realizing they close earlier than norm and pharmacy is also closed all weekend. Called hosp to get a new script and they refuse to give me the script without him being seen again. What a joke. I will gladly make the drive to literally any other hosp other than wabash after this.

I use to go here for outpatient for addiction and my doctor was Caitlin. Well she forgot and didn't take the time to see what med she gave me and how many and then accuse me of buying some off of street. She filled a 14 script and thought I only had 7. I was confused as to why I had more than what she was supposed to fill me and she was wondering why I had enough to last. But instead of taking a time to check on her and I had to call Walmart but she had already told me that I couldn't come back to her office. She's very unprofessional. When I called her she said it was more of a trusting when she had just told me that it was because I had too many and said that I shouldn't have had 14 when. Obviously I proved to her after the appointment and she could have easily looked on her screen but she didn't. She was rude getting loud. Telling me that I wasn't trustable. And once I had proved to her that she was in the wrong she still wouldn't take me back. I wouldn't go to this place. And she violated my hip walls by telling the bone center what had happened. This place is a joke. However, I did have to go to the ER and they were amazing with me. They were very caring. It was very fast. Everybody there was amazing.

Excellent service and seen in a timely manner. (Except for the walk in clinic. Expect an hour to a 2 hour wait time.)

I've been to parkview several times for the same reasons. I've been to the clinic, er, and seen doctors there. Nothing has ever been taken care of. I tell them what's going on then given a prescription they claim is cheap and sent on my way. Go to pick up the meds just to find it's 5x-6x more then what they say it is. They are there to brake your wallet and not run the tests necessary to properly diagnose you. At this point I trust no doctors in this country at all and feel they do not get adequate training or schooling.

I recently came for a CT scan, and I could not have asked for a better staff. They were all super welcoming and kind throughout the whole process. I can't thank them enough for making it a welcoming and comforting environment.Thank you guys for everything and your hard work!

I have never had a faster trip to the ER. Went in at 2am Monday night, Tuesday morning. I had barely started on my papers on the clipboard when they called me back... I had just sat down in the room to continue filling out the paperwork when the doctor arrived to see me. My visit was completed, except for the script, before I had finished filling out my paperwork. Incredible!

I was able to get in fairly quickly to establish care with my new healthcare provider. During my initial visit, I tried to bring up concerns of increasing fatigue, joint pain, and muscle pain. About a month and a half later, I returned to the same provider to discuss these symptoms as the fatigue was getting worse to the point of exhaustion and the joint pain was progressing. Lab work was ordered, which I appreciated. I was screened for autoimmune disorders. All of which came back negative, except for one test which indicated my thyroid antibodies were elevated and 10 times higher than the normal level. I immediately scheduled an appointment to discuss the results and was hopeful I would get answers. Instead I was told the results meant nothing because my other thyroid levels were in normal range. I tried to explain my symptoms that were previously discussed were becoming unbearable as well as additional symptoms including being unable to sleep, eat, always cold, etc. I was met with silence and indifference. A thyroid ultrasound was ordered during the visit because I was persistent. The ultrasound revealed solid nodules on my thyroid. A referral was made to an Ear Nose and Throat specialist through Parkview. I was advised someone from that office would contact me to schedule. After several days of waiting, I contacted them myself. I was advised it would be 5 or more months before I could get an appointment. As a result, I found a specialist through St. Vincent’s, explained the situation, and was able to get an appointment the next day. The specialist was not even able to use the ultrasound from Parkview because it was lacking information needed to evaluate it properly. I was also advised the standards at the bottom of the ultrasound used by Parkview to evaluate the results were out of date and needed updated. After additional testing I was diagnosed with Hashimotos Disease and Thyroid Cancer. Three weeks later I had a total thyroidectomy and I had to undergo radioactive iodine. It should be noted the provider at Parkview specifically said I did not have Hashimotos and it was nothing to be concerned with. In addition, Parkview advised me there was nothing else to be done when the elevated thyroid antibodies were discovered. I am thankful I advocated for myself and used my voice to at least get an ultrasound. To anyone who is unfortunate to go to Parkview for care please review your visit notes in MyChart. Mine were always missing information and inaccurate. Most of what I tried to discuss with my provider was not even documented or documented incorrectly. I switched providers at Parkview, and could report additional concerns, but this is my biggest one. This place has so much potential, but providers like this make it a joke. The nurses, front desk staff and other staff are amazing. I’m sure there are great doctors at this facility, but the two I encountered were a waste of time and money. This month, I was able to switch to a new medical provider at a different practice. After reviewing lab results and other medical records from Parkview, they are dismayed at the lack of detail and improper review of test results.

Absolute worse hospital ever been to! All staff members are VERY unprofessional!!! I went in with a kidney stone and told me they weee going to send me home with meds to help pass stone and for the pain. They never sent in the meds for pain. I guess they don’t realize how painful a kidney stone is.I called them the next day to ask why they didn’t send in the meds to relieve pain and the nurse was incredibly rude and said to just take over the counter meds then HUNG UP on me!! I called right back then another nurse answered the phone. I ask to speak with the lady that just hung up the phone on me and she refused to speak and the nurse that answered was just as rude!!I wouldn’t take my dying dog back to that ER.
