Went to sp&s with a ups package and a pick ticket number and was told to call CenturyLink to see what to do with the return it clearly has a website and it says a ups shipper can take care of it and was made to feel stupid about even asking for her assistance

Awful, awful store. I’ve been there to ship twice. If you are shipping a package you will be treated as second class. This recent trip I brought a UPS package to ship. In the middle of printing my packing slip another customer walks up to the shipping counter and asks a question related to hardware. The older gentleman had maybe one minute left of setting up my package. Instead he drops what he’s doing and spends EIGHT minutes helping this other customer. Leaving me to stand around and twiddle my funds so he can simply scan the printed sheet. Completely outrageous and rude. I do no recommend.

Bob, the guy who handles the packages at this location, is no help at all. I contacted him on Friday, stating that I dropped off a package and it has not updated in the system. He stated that it won't update until Monday. Fast forward, it has not updated. I called FedEx and they stated that they do not have the package, and that I need to contact Bob again. I called Bob, and he was absolutely no help at all. He did not provide any solution and does not want to take ownership. He wants to do no research and wants to blame everything on FedEx, when in fact, FedEx scans everything. I will be filing a police report and I will make them pay for my package if it doesn't show up. It is their responsibility to make sure all packages are looked upon, that is why they are a drop off location.
