The Wabash Indiana Walmart is by far the worst Walmart I have ever been in. Very seldom do they have more than two cash registers open at the same time and the self check outs are always full. If you ask them to open more cash registers they usually ignore you. The employees that fulfil call in orders are always in the way and clog up the isles. It is common to wait 20 to 25 minutes to get checked out. we now buy as much as we can from the local independent grocery store. I would give this store an even lower rating if I could.

I'm always greeted when I walk in and employees always asked if I need help finding anything. Which is very important because they care enough to ask and help you.

Wonderful customer service! The lady I spoke with on the phone was responsive, prompt and understanding. MUCH better than Columbia City...

I have been shopping here for a long time. Usually it isn't crowded, there are plenty of carts, and self scan is always open. YES, the rumors about how Walmart has only 3 out of 20 lanes open 24/7, but self scan is always open.

Went to Walmart and for special toy. We could not find the toy and tried to find help. No one would stop to help us. Too busy visiting with other employees. "We don't work in this department. Waited at back counter (where you pick up orders) for 15 minutes or more, waiting for help. Rang bell many times. No one ever came. Many employees went by into back door. Asked for help told. "Someone will help you." No one did. Then we were told by employee we asked to go to desk where phones are sold, again employees too busy to help. We went to front desk ask them to look it up for us "No!" If you can't find it we don't have it. Is this customer service! How hard is it for employee to check computer to is it any are in store. Yes 3 lanes open out of about 20! Long lines and asked to open more, No way! Wal-Mart's customer service should be 0.

No carts, no staff to get carts. The usual 20 people in line at cash registers and 2 out 20 lines open. Big cluster at self check out. The usual experience. I went to big R and Kroger.

I really wish I could give this particular store less then 1 star. We've all heard horror stories about taking your car to walmart. Well this was my first experience EVER. I called about an oil change. I was told by a female in that particular department that the oil change would be $19.99. I told her the type of oil (5w30 high mileage synthetic blend) and she again reaffirmed the price, $19.99. I quit calling and made my way there. Not only was it not $19.99 but it was going to be $51.88 because they were out of the oil I requested and I would be buying the oil by the quart. I only needed 5 quarts, @$4.99/quart and the oil filter being $5, no one could explain the high price. I left and will never return!

I like Walmart, but I live far from my Walmart store. I always try to make sure that the store, has in Stock, what I need, before I make the trip. I have a terrible time trying to get someone to answer the phone, always have to be transferred to the department, which is ok, but no one ever answers, after listening to the phone ring for literally 10 minutes, I hang up, and start all over. I try looking on line for my needs, but I never know if it's in Stock. Good prices, but customer service, not so good

Usually a good experience. But there is one cashier named Kaye who is rude and leaves to complain about other workers and customers in front of us. She has a bad attitude and is just plain awful as a people person
