“Was looking for BIOflex to help with joints and the pharmacist was so gracious to help me !By the check out they had different alcohols that was marked down to 75% so I text a picture of it to my friends. I seen that while I was waiting at the checkout had to wait a little while at the checkout, but it was no big deal as they were helping the gal in front of me. With her discounts.”

“I changed from CVS to Kroger because of the poor service and have never regretted for a moment. The staff are pleasant even when you can tell they are at the end of their rope. Overall pharmacies are having a hard time keeping up with demand. If anyone needs a steady job go get you pharmancy tech certification and help ease the strain.”

“Been shopping at this Kroger for years and have always been satisfied. Today, I forgot an item in my cart when I left the store and had to return.I don't have names, but the gentleman in the tue dye shirt was of great help. He steered me to the cashier and as soon as she saw me, she knew exactly why I was there. Hats off to both of them.However, before I got to the cashier, tie dye guy brought over a manager to talk to me. She was an older lady (not the younger lady) and she proceeded to tell me they "we can't just give things away, and that I LEFT it at the store."When I asked if they could review the video surveillance, she told me the same thing. Her customer service is not even worthy of a half star rating.What she SHOULD have done was told me they would review the video, contact their corporate offices for a final determination. She instead, chose to place blame on, and then dismiss me.Again, thanks to tie dye guy for stepping into the role of their inconsiderate manager (older lady, not younger) and leading me to the cashier.”

“Last weekend I became ill. I had to go to an Urgent Care, not something I would normally do, but I couldn't wait for my doctor to open on Monday. After leaving the urgent care, I had to get scripts filled, my normal pharmacy wouldn't be able to get it done until after 2 pm the next day. I was not well, in pain, grouchy, it hurt to stand for long, couldn't get comfy. I didn't want to wait another day for my scripts. We went to CVS on Hively, they filled my prescription very quickly, less than 30 minutes. Not only was my prescription filled quickly, but the pharmacist and other employees are all so kind and respectful. It was a really good experience. It's so rare to find good service and good kind people these days. I highly reccomend going here. This place stood out so much because of their kindness & impecable service that's why I decided a week later, now that I'm feeling better, to make certain I write this review. When you don't feel well, service like I recieved can make all the difference. Thank you CVS on Hively.”
“I think Mary is the best Pharmacist there is.. But the new Pharmacist is RUDE!! Short and is very intolerant of people. The last few times I went there he waited on me and I'm going to find out when Mary is there working and if she has left there I'll be going to another pharmacy. Get tired of his impatience. You cannot even ask any questions and he just cuts you off.”

“It is very unfortunate this pharmacy is short staff. I'm not sure if it's a pay issue, location issue or what. Every time I have gone in all of the staff has been very helpful. They will greet you as soon as you come to the counter and let you know they will be with you as soon as they are finished. Sometimes service does take longer than I would prefer, but I think that is a product of being short staffed. Outside of that I've never had an issue and they've always been helpful.”

“I would give 10 stars if I was able to go above and beyond Sydney is amazing. She goes above and beyond for you coming from Walgreens to here is like night and day. It’s really nice to talk to a person that actually cares instead of just another grumpy pharmacist…? I would definitely recommend going there before CVS Walgreens, or any of the big chain stores. You’ll thank me later.”
