“Nothing but praise for this office! When we had to put our dog down, they were so incredibly caring and gave us all the time and space we needed to say goodbye. We also had our cat spayed and declawed and they provided great information on how best to care for her. We continue to use them. They are always busy and do their best to give everyone the care and attention they need.”
“This clinic is chock full of animal peoples. I haven’t spoken to anyone there that doesn’t a household full of animals. The always greet you and animals with joy. After you’ve been there a few times the remember pets names and people will come out front to give you babies love. I haven’t spoken a small dog that they did extensive surgery on and she had a super recovery. ❤🩹 The after care is very comforting to both patient and pet. They have so many available services any the best yet, you don’t have to call and wait. You can text them whenever it’s convenient for you ( Sat @ 3 Am) and they well get back next business day. They also will call &/or text with appointment reminders. You won’t be disappointed ❣”

“I am a transporter and a horse I was hauling out of Indiana, was in need of a health certificate done at the last minute (trying to help my client), due to no available vets in the area of the horse. Dr. Randolph was flexible and able to squeeze us in the next morning of me calling. I was coming from Ohio to pick the horse up in Indiana and drive it the 3.5 hrs to Dr. Randolph. Great customer service, proficient, and professional.”
