I just wasted $10 on 2 different bays. Only one I did not try was the middle 1. The foam brush is not working on any of them could not even wash my truck very disappointing, got it soaked down and then had to push the stop button and waste the time and money need to get these things fixed. It's been that way for a few weeks now.

Love that this car wash has the undercarriage wash, and dry at the end. Hopefully I'll be coming here every few weeks for a new wash.

You should know your new car wash does not get one's vehicle clean. The underbody wash does not come on until the vehicle is half way in. It should come on immediately.
The email posted on the sign in front does not work.

I love this car wash. It's one of the better ones in the area for a touchless wash. I think it's the only one that washes in the crevices of my spoiler on my trunk.

Wash does not work after you pay and the phone number listed on Google maps is disconnected. Called Nelson’s because there was a gift card refund sign in the parking lot. I left a message. They got back to me after the weekend to offer a refund.

I want to like this wash so badly because it’s right by my house, but I went through the new wash bay with such high hopes and my truck is still covered with soap :/

Only giving a 1 star because it is often when I do go here there are issues with the equipment either half of the functions are not working it has no pressure in the lines or the scrub brushes are worn down to a nub and not working correctly dispensing soap. For as much as it costs it should be better.
