Again, Fed Ex delivered my package to the wrong door. My profile says deliver to the back door, not the front. I know they can read; they found my house. Totally the worst delivery service I've encountered. This is why I never use them.

I was fine with most of my experience except that the associate assisting me was not in full uniform, plus his uniform shirt was not ironed and was wrinkled, he was not neat in appearance at all. I would expect a neat clean employee look. You want your clientele to know they are dealing with a trained professional employee.
