Auto wash would not accept code provided at gas pump. Owner have now refused to refund money. After filling out their paperwork, been waiting 2 months

Pretty good car wash, self service is good but sometimes it’s filthy in the stalls but it’s been better recently! The automated touch less wash works pretty well and with good prices. A few times I’ve went and it wasn’t taking card but stuff happens, not always perfect! All in all, it’s a quick, cheap, and easy car wish that I’ll continue to go to. Especially nice if you don’t like brushes of conventional car washes.

Its a perfectly fine touchless automatic carwash. There are also a few manual bays, vacuums, and the rest of the stuff you'd find at a diy car wash.

Paid $15 for the automatic wash. Not one drop of water came out. Can't find a working phone number for them either so, guess I'm out $15.

The self serve pressure wash was not very pressurized. The spot free didn't work. Needs some updates and maintenance.

Paid for touch less wash. The doors never opened after the person in front of me left. Phone number listed on google claims it’s the wrong number. I’m out $12 and a still dirty car.

Well, it's fall and dust is everywhere in Indiana. On a black car, that's not attractive. I went into Longboards Car Wash because the price is a good deal. It offers state-of-the-technology payment options as far as car washes go. They take credit cards for a minimum of $5.00 use. Lots of payment options. I think the water must be well water because I came to blast the dirt and dust off, but left with hard water spots everywhere!!! Something I didn't think about before I began. I guess it's something that can't be helped without a water softener. I'd give it 4 stars without the water marks.

Have used this car wash many times and always did a great job until today. Whole passenger side doesn’t even looks like it was washed. The air dryer in the passenger side finally works. Called the number it’s disconnected. Called the gas station and the girl acted like I don’t know how the wash works. Says she can fill out a form and give it to the owner. Wasted my 15 dollars. Will never go back again!!!!!!

Was in town to visit a local tattoo shop and went thru the wash and purchased a tsunami wash and came out with a long pink soap on my sunroof I took a picture to show if needed

Card reader is broken and keeps reading declined for any card I use. (Not for lack of funds) Finally decided I'd top off the tank at Save and purchase the wash there so it would give me a code that would work. The code worked, so I drove inside. I pulled forward until the red X popped up. It then proceeded to flash between the green arrow and red x for 2 minutes while I was parked. Then it finally decided to run the wash. It did just an okay job of washing. I'd try to go somewhere else for washes to avoid the headache of this place.
