I took my clothes to be washed because I didn't have time to do laundry myself. They stated to me that they do not spot clean which is understandable, however, I do feel they use the bottom shelf detergent to wash clothes. They didn't feel right and some things needed a second wash (without spot cleaning) and they came out better after rewashing them.

Horrible experience. I took my daughter's brand new junior bridesmaid dress in because it was wrinkled. When I picked it up it had a huge dark spot right in the middle of it that wasn't there before. I took it back and showed them. I was told they had to wait for the owner to look at it the next day. I get a call from the owner, Angie, who goes straight into blaming ME for it. For the spot that was NOT there when it was dropped off. Said she would do me a favor and fix it...I go in to pick it up again and my mom asks "what happened to it?" and Angie proceeds to blame me AGAIN and shoves the dress in my face and says "well its fixed now". I don't know how they're still in business if that's how she speaks to customers. She is a miserable person.

Last week I took a beautiful 100% wool coat to Mascari to be dry cleaned. Boy, did they take me to the cleaners! Ruined my expensive winter coat! I had only worn it one season, so the mistakes on this cleaning belong to Mascari!Whatever they did to it caused the wool to go limp, and took the warmth'bulk out of the wool. The lovely emerald coat now hangs like a Hoosier dishrag. The buttons were black, now they are light gray! There are deep, vetical folds down the back of the coat, and impressed hanger marks on the hem!Mascari must have used harsh chemicals on this expensive coat.Mascari has ruined it.By the way, I paid cash for the cleaning, and the clerk refused to give me a receipt! THIEVES

Mascari is the best I’ve ever been to. Always cordial, extremely fast, and my clothes are clean and crisp. The pricing is great. I live out of town but have family in Indianapolis and will wait to take my dry cleaning here if I know I’ll be coming to town. They are an excellent dry cleaner.

I complained about the quality of cleaning and was lied to by a very rude woman at the counter. Go somewhere else to get decent service and cleaner clothes.

My daughter took her naval uniform there bad mistake ,they said they done them before ?BS ,they pressed all the creases backwards she had to re iron the whole thing Over,wth Don't take service uniform's there ? poor Quality control or management , wouldn't recommend !!!!:(
