As a truck driver, I rely on stops like these for rest and basic services, and being treated with hostility for no reason is the last thing anyone needs on the road. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Management needs to address this and either retrain their staff or take appropriate action. Drivers deserve respect, not attitude and aggression.
Until this is resolved, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere—and I recommend others do the same.

I was a very consistent customer until I was attacked by a lady who was threatening not only me but other customers. She threatened me with a gun in the middle of the gas station In Front of the workers. The manager on duty (white guy at the bar ) says it wasn’t their problem . And since the lady didn’t threaten them .. they weren’t going to call the authorities or properly handle the situation. He did not care that the lady was being completely criminal nor did he show interest in removing. Instead he threatens to ban me and says that the owner of gas station (lovely) isn’t on good terms with the police so “go and call them” I’m not sure if this is regularly procedure for customer complaints but this is outrageous and I’m traumatized and emotional damaged from the events that took place . This gas station is very dangerous.

EZ on EZ off I69. Had prices about what I expect for hwy gas. Interestingly they have Z Mexican, Indian and quick grab food here. Good stop.

Most disgusting bathrooms I’ve smelled in years. Entire place is in drastic need of a bleach bath. Avoid at all costs.
