Terrible customer service! More like no customer service! Refused to cash their own bank checks without a fee what a joke!
I did reach out I was in this location your tellar did not care and was rude, it was your banks check and I had Id still wanted a fee to cash your banks check! I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life and I’ve used a lot of different banks, will never step into a 1st source bank again!

Rude people work here. Revolving staff and cast of characters. Find a local bank who knows how to treat you right. This isn’t the place. Turnover is huge. Management must be terrible.

The young man was very helpful and very nice. It is always a very pleasant experience. This was my first time in the new bank. Usually I go to your east branch, but wanted to come in to your main office. It is beautiful!!

The Bank manager there l think her name is Mary... really took care of all my needs...she is a top notch Bank manager and really cares about her customers... I've never been treated more decent at any other bank...wish there were more people like her.
