“A lot of maintenance issues, I've lived here less than a month and I've had 8 work orders. Maintenance responds quickly, but most were present when I moved in. They re-assigned me to an apartment I hadn't seen and foolishly I trusted the Management.”
“Lived here since these apartments were built. The complex manager, Brenda, is friendly, capable, and helpful. Frank takes care of maintenance and repairs VERY quickly, even after hours and on weekends. Each apartment includes a washer and dryer, which is a huge plus! Even though there are a lot of children living in the complex, the neighborhood is quiet. My only complaint, which prevents a 5-star rating, is the company used for landscaping maintenance. They do a poor job.”

“Orchard Ridge was my very first home on my own, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to start this chapter of my life. I spent almost four years here, and turning in the keys was incredibly hard because this place truly felt like home. I have nothing but good things to say. I didn’t have many maintenance requests, but any I did have were always handled quickly and with ease. Dena, the property manager, was such a blessing, making move-in and move-out smooth and always answering any questions I had throughout my years here.
I will forever look back on my time here with fond memories. Starting my journey as a homeowner is exciting, but leaving Orchard Ridge has been really bittersweet. If you’re looking for a place to live and feel at home, I could not recommend Orchard Ridge more.”
