We walked into the AT&T store in Warsaw, Indiana to consider purchasing a new phone and were met by a sales representative by the name of Logan. He was absolutely amazing! He was very thorough in his explanation to us of the plans, programs and our options on upgrading. We were thrilled with our experience With Logan as our representative and will definitely do business there again in the future.

I bought a new phone AT&T can not put there number on the new phone have to drive two hours just to get it done i was told my sim card would work but i have to have two numbers and that was a lie just spent 3 and 12 hours on the phone to be told nothing can work ,will be returning phone and going to Verizon at least they can put my number on the phone

I went into this store to upgrade a device and the customer service and wait time was excellent, no waiting and took care of all of my needs. Love this store!

My phone stopped working(sim card reader), so after an appointment, just steps from the store, I popped over to figure it out. 3:30ish, and there was a post-it on the door saying "be back soon". Waited for several minutes before giving up. Then, drove to other store all the way across town where I purchased a new phone.When I told them about the other store, they chuckled and said "yeah, they do that a lot".

Went to cancel service guy sitting inside with door locked@ 10 AM. Finally gets up to open door at 10:10 when there are multiple customers waiting. I tell him I need to cancel service he says this can only b done over the phone....... Really?????obviously not interested in customer service

Patrick, the store manager, was super helpful. He answered all my questions and gave sound advice about upgrading. 10/10 would go to this location again.
This is the second time I’ve been to this store. My experience is that of the two Warsaw locations, this one on 15 has more knowledgeable staff and much better customer service.
