I was working on very niche project for a drivetrain on a BMW and first of all auto parts were the only ones to carry the lug nuts in the store but also had remove removal tools available for purchase or rent for axle. The manager was very helpful and helping us find the right parts and all the way through check out she couldn’t have been more kind.

Went to go get my battery changed, having no thought of how much it would leave an impression on my day, JW helped install my battery and was flipping on and off my truck rushing around helping everyone as much as he could, truly a wholesome and REAL guy he told me he just wants everyone to be happy and wanted all customers treated the same. JW deserves more than just a raise. I WILL BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER! Thank you for making my day JW!

Went into the store just browsing for some cleaning products. Was rudely asked what do I need and when I said just looking currently was met with a audible sigh of discontent. Then I over heard employees talking about drinking at work. Not very professional.

It was a good experience, I was immediately asked if I needed assistance with anything, I had found the sea foam and funnel he helped me find conveniently near thatI came to purchase. But then remembered I needed to get some good windshield wipers for winter.. the man helping me went above and beyond to try and help me find the kind I wanted but unfortunately the store didn't have enough in stock. He apologized and let me know he could have it there by tomorrow but I let him know I was from out of town and not to worry. Great store always has been.
