“I’m editing this review to note I received a call from Bank management in which my previous concern about computer automated administration of a specific corporate level policy was acknowledged and corrective action assured. When have you had that happen? Anyway, the Bank’s response verifies that upper management listens to customer concerns and that customer focus is an important part of their corporate philosophy. Definitely a good hometown place to do business.”

“Lacey was exceptional I reached out several times to her to book and rebook appointments. My schedule had some last minute changes. She adjusted my appointment with her a few times without any difficulty. Once in the branch she was very friendly and got me going with things quickly. Been banking with Wellsfargo since 2007. But decided it's time for a change finger crossed PNC will be a better choice. So far so good thanks to Lacey.”

“This is one of the best banks I’ve ever dealt with! I wanted to give a shout out to Sandra for her phenomenal customer service! Not only was she extremely kind she was extremely helpful with expediting my title and refund when I paid off my car this week and it was very much appreciated because I need to sell my car so timing was of the essence. I also wanted to thank everyone for being very patient and kind when I came in at like 457 and they were gonna wait till 5:05 For me to get there and pay my car off. I had called in advance because I was making a 30 minute drive.
