“I’m editing this review to note I received a call from Bank management in which my previous concern about computer automated administration of a specific corporate level policy was acknowledged and corrective action assured. When have you had that happen? Anyway, the Bank’s response verifies that upper management listens to customer concerns and that customer focus is an important part of their corporate philosophy. Definitely a good hometown place to do business.”
“I always read reviews before making a big purchase and I wanted to write a review for the Key Bank located in Warsaw, In. As a small business owner, I know the importance of reading/writing reviews and how much the impact can make. 2 years ago there was a group of us ladies that had our car windows broken into over by the boardwalk while doing Senior/Family pictures. The criminal took a total of 5 purses that day as they hit the walking/bike trails down at the Village in Winona as well. The cops were called and reports were made but then nothing.. crickets. It was never mentioned in the local newspaper, social media or the news channels. Needless to say I was left very upset and felt very vulnerable. I needed to change banks ASAP as they had all my personal/banking information. I went to a total of 4 banks here in Warsaw to ask questions before opening up a new account and was VERY impressed with Key Bank so much that I switched all my accounts over with them. Bank managers Yolanda and Sam both took the time and spent over an hour explaining all the benefits and securities that their bank had to offer. I have been there for 2 years now and I can honestly say the staff there is wonderful!! They are super friendly to me, they help me with any questions I may have, and I can feel safe knowing that if my purse would ever get stolen again that this bank would have all my accounts protected 100%. I highly recommend them and feel that they have been an awesome asset to our community with excellent customer service.”

She adjusted my appointment with her a few times without any difficulty. Once in the branch she was very friendly and got me going with things quickly. Been banking with Wellsfargo since 2007. But decided it's time for a change finger crossed PNC will be a better choice. So far so good thanks to Lacey.”

“This is one of the best banks I’ve ever dealt with! I wanted to give a shout out to Sandra for her phenomenal customer service! Not only was she extremely kind she was extremely helpful with expediting my title and refund when I paid off my car this week and it was very much appreciated because I need to sell my car so timing was of the essence. I also wanted to thank everyone for being very patient and kind when I came in at like 457 and they were gonna wait till 5:05 For me to get there and pay my car off. I had called in advance because I was making a 30 minute drive. Thank you for your excellent customer service that you do not get most anywhere now of days I will definitely consider this bank for my next banking needs thank you”
