The property was very clean.
The rooms were quiet.
Location is easy to get to. Will stay there again the next time I'm in town.

I checked in to the Best Western Plus Warsaw, In. on 12/3. I did get an early check in and ground floor since the elevator is still out. Stay was okay bed was comfortable, breakfast was so so. The down side of the stay the one time I had them exchange towels and take my trash, I came back and $300-400 worth of wellness products were stolen from the nightstand. These were Lifewave Patches. I knew they were getting quite popular and worked with good success for most people. I reported it to the front desk. Not much they could do, they did talk to the girl that entered my room. She had nothing on her and of course denied it. I know the hotel is not responsible, but didn't expect those to be taken. I will will lock everything up next time. I know they are sweeping the east and west coast with popularity. Just surprised to have them stolen in the midwest. Someone knew exactly what they were taking. I guess nothing is immune from theft. I hope the help them.

This was a really nice hotel, good high speed internet, decent amount of places to eat or shop close by.
Friendly staff, clean rooms.
Would definitely recommend a stay here.
Rooms: Rooms were good size, clean and tidy.
Nearby activities: There are some places to eat right next to the hotel and shopping is not too far from the hotel.

The room smelled, the sheets were still damp from washing (I hope), the elevator was broken, all the exterior doors were broken except the front main door.
Food and drinks: Breakfast wasn't bad.

We stayed two nights at the Best Western Plus in Warsaw. The hotel itself is nice and clean; the structure looks to be somewhat dated although it has received facelifts. Our room featured a king bed and a TV, desk/chair, mini-fridge, microwave, and a closet area. The breakfast was open from 7-10 am on the weekend and featured eggs, sausage links, hash browns, and a waffle maker, as well as the staples of coffee, OJ, yogurt, muffins, cereal, and fruit. The area around the hotel is good, as it shares a parking lot with a Mexican restaurant and Ritter's Frozen Custard. We never felt unsafe or anything like that at all during our time in Warsaw.
We liked our stay here. The value was good for your average 2-3 star hotel- I've definitely paid more and gotten way less at other hotels. The main reason for the 4 stars is that the elevator was broken when we stayed there. There are only 3 floors in this hotel, so even on the top floor, it was only two flights down.
It's about an hour outside of South Bend, so if you happen to be going to an event at Notre Dame, it's not a bad place to stay and certainly less expensive than hotels in and around South Bend.
Overall, we would stay here again. As long as you keep your expectations realistic, it's a good, solid, middle-of-the-road hotel at which to stay.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff treats you like family and shows they care. They have the breakfast bar out which was okay. I wasn’t a fan of a few things. After my last stay at a hotel, I was unsure I wanted to go back to one but I travel so much I had to get one. Housekeeping did a fantastic job on my room. I felt safe and comfortable there.

Everything smells so bad not just the musty smell but throw up on the carpet walking in and all the hallways and so dank in the rooms the sheets were clean thankfully but everything just felt gross with the smell I would gag everytime I walked in. Elevators broken and service rather missing half the time

Our room (Nr.105) was smelling very bad, and the carpet was extremely dirty (by walking barefoot, we got black feet).
I don't blame the personnel in charge of the daily cleaning because the surface cleaning was well done, but the carpets definitely need an intensive wet cleaning or a renewal.
