Staff not friendly and rude.False advertisement Said get Motorola Razer on us if you switch to Boost. Went to store, they want to charge you for the phone, then get credit back. Staff had no idea about the poster in the window.Called Boost, they said this offer ended May23. So they couldn't do anything. Great service, NOT.

Boost mobile is ridiculous. Totally ripped us off with misinformation.Admited their mistake and still robbed me of over $300! Got two new phones yesterday and was told after the first month we could lower the price of the monthly bill. Go to change it on their app and nope can't do that. I called customer service and nope really cant do that. I switched to them with the impression it was gonna be cheaper. Nope they lied to make sale and gain a new customer. I'm so beyond angry. Wasted time and so much of my money. spent $300 yesterday' to find out i was LIED too ane then they have the nerve to charge me a restocking fee and keep almost all of my money for their mistake. Still they charged me for the month when i had the phone less than a day. STAY AWAY! This is not ok at all. I never should of signed up. I would give zero stars if I could.

They have junk carrying cases that say premium cases that were over priced over $35 and don't warranty them for even 30 days wanted to discount it for $5 still would cost $32. Buyer be where of these junk products that are not premium.?????

I needed to pay on my phone today and you weren't open. I looked yesterday and said you were supposed to be open 12:00 to 5:00 on Sunday. If you aren't going to be open on Sunday then you need to change your hours online. Thank you

Has to be the worst phone service in the county I'm ready to go buy a net 10 phone. I went to California and back and never had an issue. With Boost you can't go to Akron, In. And get service.
