“Tracy and Ross are the best! We were traveling in the area and had stopped in for an impromptu tour of the facility, and Tracy made it happen. Ross was very enthusiastic for such a short notice request, and was very informative as he showed us around the Assembly building and the vans in various stages of completion. I also talked to Steve, who was very friendly and also shared a wealth of information with these vans and overall travel. We had just bought a 2017 GMC Savana/Explorer Van last year (secondhand), and we couldn’t be happier with the superior quality that Explorer Van puts in these conversions. It was also great to meet Vicky in the Parts/Service department, so we can put a name to a face when we order replacement parts.
