DO. NOT. GO. HERE.
If I could give negative stars, I would. This place has been the #1 source of stress for us over the past few months.
They had our car for FOUR MONTHS — yes, FOUR — claiming over and over again that they could fix it. This was a problem they’ve dealt with before. But after months of vague excuses, and straight-up lies, we finally got the car back and… it STILL doesn’t run. It won’t start, won’t turn over — nothing.
To make it worse, the key was stuck in the ignition, the wheels were locked up, and the interior was completely trashed — torn panels, parts thrown around, wires hanging everywhere.
Every time we tried to get answers — whether by phone, message, or in person — it was the same cycle of nonsense:
- “We need to order this part…”
- “That part didn’t come in yet…”
- “We’re waiting on something else…”
- “I don’t know anything about your car, someone else that does, and they aren’t available. We’ll get back to you.”
— And that’s if they responded at all.
They gave us a “loaner” vehicle — half the time the AC or heat didn’t even work, and sometimes it wouldn’t start at all. Totally unreliable and honestly a bit unsafe.
Meanwhile, the cost kept going up and down — from $400 to $2,500 — depending on who you talked to and what day of the week it was.
After FOUR miserable months, we gave up. We had to buy a new car. When we arranged a tow truck to come get the old one, they told us “it’s not accessible right now,” AFTER everything was already discussed and scheduled. And yes — the key was still stuck in the ignition.
And then came the bill — a nightmare of its own:
- Charged for wrong parts THEY ordered.
- Charged for those wrong parts MULTIPLE times.
- Tacked on a few “Misc.” charges.
- Squeezed every dollar out of us before we could even get our (still broken) car back.
This was hands down the most unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful experience I’ve ever had with any business.
If you’re even thinking about taking your car here — DON’T. RUN. AWAY.
Save your time.
Save your money.
Save your sanity.
Whatever you do… DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

And to the owners — who I know will see this:
Do not reach out. Don’t send a “We’re sorry to hear this, contact us to resolve…” message. You know exactly what you did.
I have every conversation recorded. Every message documented. Every visit logged. Every ignored attempt to reach out saved.
You need to take this feedback seriously and change the way you do business. Your staff doesn’t communicate, doesn’t respond, and when they do, they can’t get their stories straight.
I’ll never forget this experience — and I hope others never have to live through what we did.
