This month (August) marks our one year anniversary of coming to Warsaw, IN every month for work.
A year ago we arrived in Warsaw and went directly to our hotel (not HIE&S Warsaw) chosen solely by internet pictures and were completely underwhelmed by the time we finished checking in. In a word: sketchy.
We spent the rest of the day touring all of the hotel properties in Warsaw. When we finished our tour of HIE&S Warsaw, we knew we had found our home-away-from-home.
The lion's share of our decision rested with our experience with the front desk person, Dusty. She was (and still is!) kind, knowledgeable, friendly and ever so patient with my husband's litany of questions. It is no exaggeration to say that we look forward to seeing Dusty's smiling face every month when we return.
The whole team at HIE&S Warsaw are wonderful - housekeeping staff, breakfast room attendants, and front desk - all make us feel welcome and cared for with every visit.
We regularly use the exercise room, and it has all the equipment to meet our needs. We seldom use the pool, but when we did, it was clean and appeared to be well cared for. The laundry facilities are adequate for our needs.
The property is located close to shopping and far enough off the highway to avoid the traffic noise of highway 30.
We probably have somewhere north of 50 days of stays logged at this hotel, and we'll likely be coming back for many months to come. We are so grateful for the team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Warsaw for their hard work and attention to our weary traveler needs.

GREAT Atmosphere .... Amazing and Friendly staff .... NICE Amenities .... Comfortable and Cozy beds ..... Good Breakfast and Decent Wifi. May want to have
your TV channel lineup checked, as some channels do not match where the guide says they should be .... channel lineup still off ....

I’ve stayed here for 6-8 days once a year for the last 3 years. It has been my preferred hotel when I come up for college. This year, that changed. Upon arriving late in the evening, exhausted from a long travel day, we were given a dirty room. Being tired and with the hotel being full we figured we’d use our own blankets and just make do until morning when the cleaning ladies came around. Except the next day came and no one tended to the mess despite my husband saying something to the front desk that next morning. When I say dirty, the shower still had someone’s filth all over on it on the doors. The walls were dirty in the shower. The floor was so sticky everywhere, you had to walk with shoes. The bed still had someone’s hair all over it from sleeping in it, had food on it and was clear where another body had been laying. Everyday went by and no service. We kept going down and getting refreshed towels and whatever we needed. Eventually we gave up and went to Walmart to buy some supplies, trash bags, and laundry soap. Upon check out, the front desk merely said oh, sorry. Next year I’ll rent somewhere else. This is the second time we’ve had issues with IHG the last few months being dirty.
Let’s also be honest about IHG’s pathetic breakfast. Ever since they streamlined it and it became the same thing every day at every hotel, it makes booking at other places with similar pricing much more lucrative.

Im never disappointed by holiday ins express. Clean room, friendly staffs. There always coffee on site.

The place was great! Friendly service, breakfast every morning and stores were no longer than 5-10 mins away. Great location. Gym was available 24/7 and the pool was open for about 12 hours. The o lot thing I can complain about was our curtain smelled like it hasn’t been washed in weeks.

If you come to breakfast within an hour of it getting ready to close don't expect anything but scraps, also most of the staff is pretty rude. Especially the older lady at the desk. But that's typical for this area, not very pleasant.

We always stay at this hotel when we come down to E Brewing and dont feel like driving home. Always clean, comfortable beds and great showers, good breakfast when we feel like eating and the staff is great! With the Baseball tournament in Columbia City this weekend and we came across baseball families in both places!
I Love seeing kids in sports with parents support! Making it work no matter what like I always did.
With that said.
I went into the breakfast room/public seating area in the main lobby for a glass of oj on the way out the door and it wash demolished. Food and trash everywhere. The parents should be ashamed of themselves for allowing their kids to completely trash an entire public area of the hotel and have zero respect for anyone else's property.
Gross. Do better. You are representing your communities and leading youth by example, now Warsaw knows you are all disrespectful.
To the staff, you all are amazing!
I felt terrible that you all had to deal with that!

This place needs a major overhaul of their management team. The coffee maker didn't work. The night person didn't know how to make it work. The keys reset every day, so we kept going to the room then having to go back down and get the keys redone. There was one set of towels in the double room and no bath mat. Just general sloppiness.

Hotel is nice enough - feels fairly new and pretty clean.
Breakfast is above average. Lots of options.
Ladies who work at the front desk and serving breakfast are really nice.
My only compliant about this hotel is how inflexible they are with their checkout time. I had a work call scheduled right during the required checkout of noon, but the hotel wouldn't even consider letting me stay longer. Wouldn't have any of it!
